Terrible. Arrived on time at and promptly seated. The restaurant was already busy and quite a few people waiting for take aways. After ordering we waited about half an hour for the starters when they did arrive, they were practically thrown at us. We...then waited a further hour when we asked on two occasions when would our main courses be served we were told that that they were coming. After nearly two hours since arriving and no main courses we got up and left, paying for what we have eaten and drank. Booked a table here , yes it was quite pleasant atmosphere The service was absolutely terrible ,,, People standing about all over the place waiting for takeout food in all some one counted people walked out they waited too long People demanding money...back that had turned up for takeout and still waiting to be served. Ok if they were short staffed take the phone off the hook and serve a restaurant full of people and the people waiting everywhere This is pure GREED on their part customer service is non existent We also walked out after hour wait .so can’t comment on the food it didn’t arrive .
I had a great experience here, the atmosphere was very welcoming and the food was delightful. My family really enjoyed the crispy duck, especially the children as they could experience wrapping the pancake themselves. Even though there were quite a few customers, the staff were...friendly and still able to promptly serve us. It is a great place to have a family meal, I highly recommend and will be visiting again.

Wow, what a great experience. I have come for a meal with my boss after a shift and we couldn’t of had a better meal. The food was exceptional and quick, the waitresses were beyond helpful and kind and the whole atmosphere of the...restaurant was very cozy and welcoming and they even taught us how to say thank you in Chinese! do not even consider this place for a takeaway. a long time ago. arrived in a full entrance area, all waiting. more than happy to take their order their money. no excuse, not even worrying that it is soouo late. absolute sweat. will never see one again. from me. knocking effect is chaos on the road outside. if they are too busy, they just don't bother!
My partner and I visit the Jade Buddha regularly and the food, service and atmosphere is perfect. We have always enjoyed the Sunday set menu and we go at least once a month! it’s such a great offer and we can not fault it. We...are lucky to have it on our door step! Highly recommended.
Lovely birthday meal for my son. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. They taught us some Chinese words for Happy New Year and fussed my Son for his birthday. The food was delicious, hot and served in a good timely manner. We will definitely...be back!

we have visited jade buddha at numerous places, but today we have been in for the Sunday buffet. everything was so tasty, from the suppe to the hors d’oeuvres to the net! a good value for money.
Lovely looking restaurant, staf seed friendly but the food was really bland and overpriced for the amount we got. One dish was so full of sugar it was inedible.
