I have been coming here for at least 35 years and things have slowly changed. Food quality, prices and service. It's been a while since I've been here so came by for lunch. Sure enough, things are different. Owners have passed the business on to the new younger 3rd generation. I could see things differently as soon as I walked in. First thing I see is an employee eating a sub sandwich in front of customers while she was behind the counter. She turned out to be one of the new owners. So we ordered our food and they bring out my won ton soup and it was luke warm to say the best. Off teaperture! Then we waited for about 20 minutes for the main dish to come which was way too long. Been eating at this restaurant over 40 years. Over the last several years the food has slipped a little bit. Went there last night for supper and could tell something was definitely wrong. The place was definitely cleaner than it has been in years. But changing the eggrolls, the wonton soup and the barbecue sauce was a bad idea. Someone please get with Kenneth and get the original recipes. If not, you’re just an average restaurant
I'm sorry to see my favorite of many years quit last week. I realize the reopening put a shock on the community and the wait staff. Came in today 3 new employees are working. Hopefully they have gotten organized since last week, it was chaotic . Much luck just don't change your quality or your old recipes. That's why I've been coming here since the mid 80's.
.so very dissatisfied. Staff needs extensive training. Who ever owns this place close the place down and train employees properly. My pork was raw and fat. I got sick later that night. I'm pretty sure it was from undercooked pork. Never again.
