I have been going to Jade Palace for the last 16 years. First thing you need to know is CASH ONLY. Second thing is that everything is absolutely delicious. The owner is delightful and so nice. Treated my mother who is a long time customer like a burden and humiliated her. She scolded her like a child. She came in after shopping to place a carryout order for herself and my son. The woman up front told the customer in front of her 20 mins...then told my mother while pointing her finger in her face 45 mins and to call from now on. Really? That long for 2 meals? My mom walked out and will not give this place her business. Very rude and ignorant.
We all love jade palace Going their since they opened. Some of us live in Michigan and others in Illinois. Any chance we get we bring it home to mi and always greeted with kindness and owner always remembers us. We are all heartbroken about the closurer. Best wishes and hope it was for retirement. The worst Chinese dinner ever. The pot stickers were flat and grease laden.The pork fried rice, horrible. The Beef and Mushrooms? you guys should be ashamed to actually sell this as eatable food.
