Quite underwhelmed. My little brother had some issues eating into some of the veggies. I didn't have as much of an issue but it see think they could have been cooked longer. The meat quality though not inedible left a lot of be desired. The soup was prettydecent however, it had a nice flavor and the seafood in it was well cooked. My my Thai tea was pretty good too, though the bobahad a weird texture I wasn't expecting. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. It has a lot of potential but there areother ones that will offer better quality for the price. I really hope they improve on their food quality and/or cookingmethods.
The food is fantastic, with plenty of options for each meal. Many of the ingredients can be swapped out, and there are lots of vegetarian choices available. The staff is wonderful, always attentive to customers' needs. I visit every now and then, and while there is often a short wait, it's never longer than 10 minutes.
Delicious Thai restaurant! It’s my favorite – during our last trip, we went specifically to eat here! The portions are generous! I highly recommend the Thai iced tea with tapioca and the spicy Thai beef soup.

At Authenticity Thai, I highly recommend ordering the pad see ew with chicken for catering when you're feeding a large group.
