that was the worst experience ever! we have booked a table that came into absolute chaos with only a young waiter. this place focuses mainly on take away business ... so all customers in the restaurant seem easy. to leave ignored. we ordered our food and the young girl served alcohol, which we found a little strange .... we waited and waited for our food. and repeatedly asked for our food was a never-ending queen of people who take on coming and going. it was a comedy sketch. there was a group of customers who were very loud to joking about the situation and no service. the people were raised, complaining that they were ordered for hours ago! .... we ordered more drinks, but they never arriv...
most of the food tasted beautiful, but the service was terrible. I had to ask for a sign when I sat down when I had a sign and the young man couldn't understand why I wanted to change it! we ordered popadoms. So they bought us the half we wanted and had to ask for more. we ordered drinks from the menu, but they didn't! I had to send my peshwari nan back because it was burned and tasteless. we were not even asked if everything was in order. we had to ask for the bill, but had to go and pay because they did not come back to take over the payment. no free mint and no hot towel to wash our fat hands. the chef went through the restaurant during his service in his apron and went outside to leave t...
this is simply the best Indian restaurant in cornwall. excellent service, a varied and eclectic menu, friendly staff, great presentation, amazing worth. the owner treats the personal very well and always makes an upsurge of the customer and works incredibly hard to excite the business. the Sunday buffet is really good with many choices. I'm vegan and there are always many vegan options besides the traditional dressed.
We went for the Sunday buffet having been many times when on holiday. Always enjoyed the food, wow what a let down, the dishes were the most under spiced indian food ever. Could have gone to the shop for a jar of sauce and had...better. Come on guys the people Of Perranporth deserve better. Used to be good can be again.

Loads of wonderful dishes to choose from and our choices were not a disappointment. We enjoyed hot meals off of hot plates and were full to the hilt! Will definitely be back.
Not the greatest Indian buffet,only choices and they were pretty grim!! Naan bread rock hard and inedible, definitely won't be returning ever!!!!!
