This restaurant isn't bad, I just don't think it's very good. For a burger place they're kinda mediocre. You can get cheaper and better tasting burgers all over Dover. I tried the rodeo burger and it was pretty bland, the onion rings were good though. I also had the chocolate cake milkshake, I wasn't crazy over it. My buddy had the chicken tenders and the French fry onion ring basket, he didn't like the chicken. Said it was kind of chewy. Overall I think it's overpriced and I probably won't come back. If you want a good burger go to Mcglynns in Dover or The Green Stinger in Woodside.
Placed an order online for a pickup time of 6:45 at least 2 hours prior and still had to wait 20 mins for my order to be ready. Ordered about 11 sandwiches and a majority of them were incorrectly made. Had toppings that we didn't request and most of the sandwiches were incorrectly made. Called the manager just to let him know we were upset but let him know we weren't looking to be compensated and more so that he could be aware that his staff is messing up. Manager took no responsibility and said sandwiches were made as we requested. Never ordering from here again.
I'm relatively new to Wayback because it's not close to my house yet. I had the opportunity to visit when I was in Dover. You definitely make THE BEST TAKEOUT BURGER! The Burgerpatties are fresh and grilled fresh for order. I enjoy the rotating special milk shakes. I wish they were a bit thicker than they were received. Make sure you get the app to earn rewards for free burgers!

Decent Burgers with many varieties to choose from, and believe you me, you will not be hungry after eating one of their enormous burgers! Wayback has a good variety of food items on their menu I tried the hot dog and onion rings which were very good, but the bacon double patty burger that we ordered could have been a bit more flavorful. Also their shakes are great!
This was one of my most favorite restaurants to find a good burger before the pandemic. Today was my first time back since February 2020, and it seems like it does not taste the same as before. Seems like the food has a little less taste to it than before. Not sure if someone else is running this establishment, but maybe it will be better next time.
My husband and I have tried 3 different burgers there and all three were great. The fries, onion rings, and seasoned tots were good as well. We haven't tried the shakes or some of the other items yet. I will let you know when we do.

Burgers are delicious, except I wish they used fresh mushrooms not canned. Also they're milkshakes taste like sour milk. If they improved their milkshakes they could really stand out.
Being a traveler I love authentic local food. This place was awesome we had the BBQ burger. Cheddar n bacon fries, bacon burger n mac n cheese bites. Everything was delicious.
