My experience with the customer service was far from favorable. When I asked for additional ketchup packets, the employee behind the counter seemed reluctant to give them to me. The individual told me that ketchup was available on the tables. Then grudgingly handed me two packets. This individual did so in a way that made me feel like I was being a nuisance.

My new go to for fresh burgers and fries. First time visiting and I was very impressed. Fries were delicious and burgers were juicy and cook as ordered. I will definitely return in the near future.
Personally if a friend hadnt paid for it I would have asked for my money back. The burger was overcooked.
