We frequently visit this restaurant as a family, living in hereford ourselves there are many Indian restaurants to choose from, but growing up eating Indian food, and knowing what quality is after all this time, unfortunately all the restaurants in hereford fail to deliver time after time. However, the 20 minute drive into Leominster to visit the Jalalabad is worth the drive Every, Single, Time. We visited tonight, and the restaurant was absolutely HEAVING. I must admit, working as a chef for the past 9 years, perhaps, they had put a bit too much on themselves in terms of numbers. But they handled it magnificently. Had a take away from there, absolutely awful, never had a raw naan bread before but had my first one here, chicken pakoras were inedible as chicken wasn’t cooked properly, curry was also awful the texture of the chicken was so chewy like it had been there a long time, first and last time going there. My friends and I visited Jalalabad for the first time on a Saturday night. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the restaurant manager Taz made us feel extremely special.
