I was very fortunate that Jam Corner were able to fit me in on a Saturday night with no notice. I tried the tasting menu with matched wines, and it was sensational. The food portions and the wine pours were very generous portions and great value for money. The lamb loin and the duck were particular standouts, but honestly the whole menu was amazing. Also a special note to the staff being friendly and attentive despite being short staffed and literally running during service. Can’t wait to return.
had simply a nice dinner in this restaurant! had none of the main dishes, since I loved the sound of the two entrées in this review. both were tasteful and so beautifully presented! tiramusi was also beautiful, but a little hard to eat because of the chocolate dome it sat. the atmosphere was nice, sitting inside, was not sitting like sitting in the refrigerator, and the staff was so nice and checked on us to make sure we enjoy our time there. could not recommend this place anymore!
Had a wonderful night here, the food was delicious and beautifully served, the atmosphere was gorgeous and the staff were all so sweet. One in particular out did themselves, Anna was our server and she was beyond kind and so helpful. I cannot rave about her service enough! We are so grateful for her, she genuinely made our night. Jam is very lucky to have her. 10/10 recommend visiting this establishment
For entree we had the goat wonton and bug tortellini. For main we had the duck and beans. Duck was beautifully cooked but others were just ok. Biggest downfall was the dessert the lava cake was an overcooked muffin (see blurry picture). Lovely service attentive, friendly but little to no knowledge of the wine menu. my escape was a real disappointment love shouldops was not said it was a cold dish. no taste, which should be a well cooked hot scollop. main was disappointed, again dear escape, but I found this gum missing the right leads. Unfortunately, no one will say that he should go there. on the top service was amazing!
wonderful food and even more beautiful service. the personal knew everything about eating and the wee they served, and since I was fed alone, I thought for a quick chat a few times between serving other people who felt incredibly welcome. a visit worth when they are in townsville
our last day in townsville and wanted some nice jam corner was cool, dark and secluded by street noise. perfect. large set 3-course lunch menu. extensive wine card, and workers who could advise about the weine. eat fine.

a busy plate restaurant. excellent standard, varied offers and a good wine selection. the lava pie was a desert to wait for.
