I visited Jamba Juice just 10 minutes before closing to quickly grab a smoothie. Thankfully, they were still open, so I ordered my usual, the white gummy. However, as soon as I got in my car and took a sip, I realized the smoothie was very watered down, almost like just a liquid. I returned to see if they could remake it or issue a refund. The employee was nice enough to prepare a new one for me, but unfortunately, it was still too watered down. I couldn’t help but wonder if she didn’t put much effort into making it since it was so close to closing time and she probably wanted to leave. I felt frustrated that I drove all that way and spent ten dollars on a smoothie that I didn’t even finish....
Terrible terrible terrible! They don?t always wash their blenders so double check your smoothie for things you might e allergic to, I have crohns so I can?t digest a lot of stuff and they just had kale and strawberries in it which would kill me! They don?teven greet you when you walk in the door or ask if you have a mobile order you have to go up and be rude and tell them you needyour smoothie
This location is awful. I placed an online order said it would be ready by 3.40pm. I got to the store and then waited till 4.10pm. They are disorganized. They don't call anyone's name so the orders get confused. Customers there look mad because the orders take so long. Will not return to this location.
The service was extremely slow, with staff members more focused on sweeping and making dough than taking orders. I waited over 10 minutes for pretzels that were already sitting in the bin. This was my first visit to this location, and I was utterly and completely disappointed with what Jamba Juice had to offer. Both employees seemed to lack basic customer service skills and politeness. I won't be returning to this location.
We came to this location yesterday at 3:00 my wife went in and I waited in the car with the kids. She walked out with 4 smoothies at 3:45. 3 stars because the smoothies were pretty good.
130 pm on a Weekday. Waited OVER a half hour for a smoothie and there wasn't even a huge line! Line orders kept popping up over 30 minutes was more than my lunch break for a smoothie

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. I ordered an acai bowl, but it was so watery that I couldn't enjoy it during my lunch break.
