Ordered an acai bowl, they had no acai concentrate, substituted for a Vanilla Blue Sky bowl, turns out they had no strawberries for the topping, no pineapple, and no spirulina, the main ingredient you’re paying for. Left with a white colored concoction that taste like nothing but almond milk blended with a banana, something I can make at home. I tossed the bowl in the trash where it belonged and continue to mourn the $8 I spent, at-least i had 20% off right?? Never coming here get again, save yourself the disappointment visit a local smoothie business.
I just walked out of this place unsatisfied and without my Jamba Juice. The worker ignored me the entire time and when I asked for help rudely told me to wait because she couldn’t do much without cleaning the blender. I am not one to tell people how to do their job but I could’ve happily waited seated after getting my order taken down FIRST instead I stood there being ignored and treated rudely. It was a very upsetting encounter so I left.
I had an excellent experience at the restaurant thanks to the fantastic customer service provided by Jen. She and her coworkers went above and beyond to create a drink for me, even though it had been discontinued. Not only was the drink incredible, but Jen's creativity and dedication to ensuring my satisfaction were truly impressive. I highly recommend her and believe she deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service!
The worker Jen gave me a very great experience with her friendly customer service! She and her coworkers were able to create a drink that was discontinued and not only did it come out amazing but she was very creative in the process and also took extra lengths to make sure I was satisfied with the drink. This is the first location of Jamba Juice I ever went to.... it was so great trying mango go go! I still go back to this location or anything location just for that sweet taste of mango! I can never say anything bad. It?s one of places that I still always recommend. Good job Jamba Juice keep your hustle going
jennifer was absolutely amazing! she is the only jamba juice employee I am? ve ever seen, put on gloves to handle the money and then remove it and dispose them right. please give her the recognition she deserves. I visited their businesses almost every day about So.Cal. she's a van.
Jennifer gave me and my uncle amazing customer service. It was sure we'd take care of ourselves. Since they were from Wheatgrass. She recommended another proximity to the shop. A jumba juice near. We're in. She even delivered us the exact address. Thank you for your service.
