Worst food quality I have ever encountered, I ordered ahead and was five minutes early, so I was not concerned that my order was not ready right away. But the Cheddar Tomato Twist was rock hard even after heating! Obviously at LEAST a day old, and I 'd guess considerably more! Not edible! The Peach perfect was delicious as usual, but oddly not really the smooth smoothie I 've grown to expect. Disappointed overall. Sunday at 12:30 I’m the afternoon my daughter and I walk in. We’re the only customers and the two employees behind the register curly red haired girl and curly brown haired young man)couldn’t bother to look up or say hi. We approached them and I said hello, to which I received blank stares like “ what do you want”. I asked which one of the two could help me since they were both behind registers . They both pointed at each other. Finally the young man taps his register and asks what I’d like. This type of service makes people not want to come in ever again. Came in and asked for custom order. Some specific fruits, ice, almond milk. I just wanted to dodge the sugars from juice and sorbet. Absolutely didn’t get what i asked for, i even caught them as they were pouring the juice and asked them to not have juice, and everything got awkward and challengey from the dude making it. I wound up begrudgingly rolling over cuz i wasn’t in the mood to battle. And maybe it would be good. It wasn’t. They could tell i was dissatisfied and didn’t offer to remake. Don’t know why it was so hard to make it to order but it sucked, was overly sweet, and $9 wasted.
I love this place Jamba has the best energy shots they got me through so many graveyard shifts without a crash like coffee, yet a better alert feeling like taurine but without the need to use the restroom every 15 min that red bull causes. The staff is always really fun.
Don't go very often so I stopped by for the kids and wife came straight home $20 later nobody was happy all upset because everything was runny and apparently very soupy no trunks of fruit and things like that so sadly to say you need to step up your game Jamba juice
Just wanted to take a moment to say that Kard makes the jamba at the best consistency! Not watery at all like some. I'm an avid jamba drinker and this location makes it the best! Thank you

The employee and so called manager refused to serve me 2 orange juice because it was past served time at 7:20 pm even though they closed until 8 pm. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The girl working right now is very grumpy. God forbid you want to pay with cash. The guy was very nice and helpful, glad he was the one who helped us
