I was charged twice, and the staff were very unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. Moreover, I overheard them engaging in an inappropriate conversation. The smoothie I ordered upset my stomach. To make matters worse, the manager didn't wash their hands after petting a dog in the restaurant. I will not be returning to this place.
I ordered a drink for pickup and it took me a little over 10 minutes to arrive after placing the order. Unfortunately, when I got there, they completely forgot to prepare my drink. This was really inconvenient, especially since I had my dog in the car on a hot day.
The quality of the smoothies at Jamba has noticeably declined. The classic smoothies now taste watered down, and several options, like the aloha pineapple, are no longer on the menu. Additionally, my favorite yogurt-based smoothies have been taken off as well.
On my workdays, I often ordered from Greens N Ginger, but now that I'm on break for a couple of months, I'm excited to see that Jamba is available on DoorDash. The location at Carlmont Shopping offers an outstanding menu. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I really loved the White Gummi. It has a delightful tropical flavor that took me by surprise. I may skip the mangos next time since I'm not a fan, but I absolutely recommend giving this dish a try.
Horrible store for keeping hours. Once again closed an hour earlier than website stated. Hours are always changing and never posted on door.
The staff is friendly, but the overall experience is similar to that of other Jamba Juice locations and doesn’t particularly stand out.
