Even though I live only a few blocks away, it’s taken me a while to try out this spot. I’ve been away a lot! Was VERY happy to finally stop in this evening. The drinks are fantastic and it’s super cozy. Meaning it’s small. It’s usually packed on weekends! The outdoor tables are nice. Literally tiny bites so it’s the perfect place to stop for a drink before dinner. The cocktail list is impressive.Just went back and had the pimento cheese. Very tasty! And the cocktails are still fantastic!
This restaurant is incredibly charming and is one of my top bars in DC. The cocktails are not only delicious but also beautifully presented, and the bartenders pay close attention to every detail. I adore the decor and overall atmosphere, making it a great spot to enjoy happy hour with friends. My only grievances are the limited food options to pair with the drinks and the consistently crowded space. It took a few tries to get in, and even when I did, it filled up quickly.
I asked two server for a refill of chips. The second server was the server that worked my table the whole time. He started flirting with a male customer and totally forgot to bring my refill of chips. They are pretentious, but their drinks really do not tasted that good. Their tips start at 20% and they keep the card reader far away from the customers so that it is awkward to change the tip.
I had a 10/10 experience at this restaurant. The staff working the mid-afternoon shift on 11/26 were amazing. They provided excellent drink recommendations and helped my friends and me find a comfortable spot to sit and chat. They checked on us regularly without being intrusive, making sure our food and drinks were always available. It was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to go back. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Host (didn’t catch his name) was very helpful while also assertive in a polite manner. We sat at the bar for a moment while our group was getting settled, then the host reached out to let us know a table was available. Jessica was very attentive and indulgent of some obscure requests—even in a short visit, she made it feel like home. Love the concept and execution.
Came her for cocktails on a Sat night and really enjoyed it. Sat at the bar and had several drinks. The bartenders were working their butts off but were still good about checking in and answering questions when we ordered another round. The cocktails were yummy. It got pretty crowded after 11 so get there early if you want a seat.
Just went for drinks and to take in their holiday decorations. Neither disappointed. Their warm cocktails particularly hit the spot. Was a bit busy when we went so if you're just popping in you may need to stand until a spot opens. Staff were very nice. Will go back for another great cocktail.

Great cocktails and awesome vibe. I did notice some appear to be batched which is a bit disappointing at this price point but the quality is still superb!

"The food was slow coming out, my husbands food came out and mine arrived about 10-15 mins later. By the time mine came out he was mostly done with his. I ordered cheese sticks and an order of boneless chicken. The food was good once it came out."
