JARDIN JAPONESQUE - Tisch reservieren

It was after 9pm and the eight of us were looking for a place to dine after seeing a film. Luckily for us the restaurant we intended to go to was closing, as was our second choice. Because then we found Jardin Japonesque, which was close to closing but nevertheless welcomed us in. We chose the Iris set menu and were absolutely delighted with every single dish. Presentation and taste were superb and the service was charming, especially given our late and unexpected arrival. We all agreed that it was a memorably excellent meal and great value for money. We will return soon.

I was first recommended Jardin Japonaise by friends 4 years ago, and it has become one of my top restaurants! The elegant decor features white, cream, and green furniture, along with candlelit tables and polite, unobtrusive waitstaff that create a serene atmosphere perfect for a romantic date or a night out with friends. The delicious cuisine is skillfully presented on traditional blue and white Imari porcelain dishes, adding to the overall dining experience.

You could very easily miss this place, and so would have we if it wasn't recommended by locals. The menu is small, but don't let this put you off, the food quality is excellent and there should be something for everyone. We'll definitely be back.

Although the ambience etc is pleasant enough, the menu offers little for vegetarians, even those who eat fish. The meals are woefully small and overpriced. We ate nothing special at all, and left hungry. Can't understand the carry on...
