I visited this restaurant with my daughter to check it out. After we were seated, I placed my order over the phone while still in the restaurant. Our food was ready in about five to seven minutes. Although the app didn't send me a confirmation email, I approached the lady at the counter, who kindly checked and confirmed our order. She assured me that it was ready. The restaurant accepted my gift card and processed it smoothly without any issues. Our order was accurate, and the buffet set up for customers was clean when we arrived. The food was great! Let me start by saying that. But, the customer service was HORRIBLE. These workers are rude, disrespectful, and most importantly not friendly. I was there this past weekend, the workers stared at me and my guest and they were not polite. It is hard to enjoy the food when the atmosphere is not good. Side note: we were THE ONLY people in the place. On a weekend afternoon day. I ordered A salad bar, the cashier confirmed he did. When the server brought my food. I said, can I have my salad bar now? He said did you even get one? Then proceeds to go find my receipt. To me, this was disgusting behavior. I told him he could keep it. $30 for a salad and sandwich. Save your money a...
Derion, Stevie and Rebecca were the workers up front today and they (as always) did an amazing job with fantastic customer service. Jason’s Deli is my go-to place for food, a family favorite. Honestly we come practically once a week. Food is always cooked perfectly, atmosphere is so friendly and calm (can be a bit chilly inside during the summer but with a sweater on not bad). Most importantly, if there was a mistake in the order I have always had a great experience getting it all sorted out no questions asked. I absolutely love this place.
I usually enjoy dining here, but today I was extremely disappointed. There was a bug in my son's salad, and we did not receive any apology for it. The woman at the register simply asked if we wanted something else. The server who brought our food was also the same person wiping down tables and clearing away trash. I accidentally stumbled upon this place. Just amazed at the service, the attention to customer satisfaction and the friendliness of the staff. The free ice cream, the bag of chips that came with every sandwich is extra icing on top. The sandwiches and paninis we ordered was on point, the bread perfectly toasted and the avocado was just gorgeous. Keep it up, guys. Excellent work, much appreciated.
It was a pleasure dining at Jason deli located in Dunwoody Ga. On last night 9/28/2023 with my beloved family. The team Memeber Markel had excellent customer service he was alert, patient, polite and he smiled. Thanks for the delicious food Bri and the additional crew members at Jason’s deli. One of the best delis in Sandy springs! Something I love about them is the opulence of food and service ! For example they always through in some.muffins and chips with any order . Anyway I love their chicken salad sandwich, seafood gumbo and the big make your own salad for about 11 bucks ! Too good and the people are good
The staff here were incredibly friendly. My 5-star rating reflects 40% for the food and 60% for their warmth and hospitality. I’d give them a perfect 100/10 for kindness. I had a taste for the Veggie Wrap and requested that they hold the green bell peppers because raw green peppers pack too much of a punch for me, but they did not and I had to go picking through the sandwich. But, other than that, I enjoy this wrap and the broccoli cheddar is good. Thanks for lunch!
