I placed a curbside order online on August 7, 2023, scheduled for 2:45 PM. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. I went inside, and the cashier informed me that my order hadn't come through yet. I received no further explanation and was simply told my order wasn't processed. I decided to sit by the counter and wait, but it took another 20 minutes for someone to bring me my order, with no apology or explanation from the server. When I got home, I discovered that my plain baked potato was missing the butter and chives. I ordered the Reuben on a croissant and it was absolutely packed and delicious! The kitchen prepared it quickly and with care. I noticed and appreciated how the manager worked diligently alongside his team. The location is fantastic, and I highly recommend it—definitely a 10/10! Be sure to try the root beer float as well! Jason's Deli always impresses. Although we had to wait a bit for our food, it was lunchtime, so that's understandable. My husband ordered the muffaletta and really enjoyed it. I had the Amy's turkey-o, which was also quite good. Plus, we always appreciate the complimentary ice cream afterwards. Overall, we were very satisfied with our lunch.
This restaurant used to be fantastic, but it has unfortunately declined over the last few months. The food quality has been disappointing, and my orders have been incorrect about half the time. Went there a little after 11 today. Waited in line over 10 minutes to order while the 1 person taking orders was on the phone I assume taking an order. I finally left and went somewhere else. They usually have at least 2 people taking orders. Service: 1

Austin and the rest of the staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. As a vegetarian, I appreciate that they offer a good variety of options. The food is consistently delicious, and the restaurant is always well-maintained.
