If I could, I would give this place negative stars. The customer service was completely absent. When I asked about delivery, the owner just said, "No, we're too busy." I asked an employee about other options or canceling my order, but they never mentioned any fees—I would have gladly paid since I'm a regular and usually tip well. After being taken off hold, another employee was rude and gave me short, unhelpful answers. I've ordered from other locations many times without any issues like this. I stand by how I feel about this experience.
I visit this place regularly for lunch, and I'm thrilled to see the salad bar has returned! They offer a variety of gluten-free options, including soups and baked potatoes, which is great. Plus, they have gluten-free bread available for sandwiches, making it a fantastic choice when you're in the mood for a sandwich. The staff is very attentive and adheres to all COVID-19 protocols, which is reassuring. Overall, this location works well for us since it's closer than the Cool Springs location.
I had a fantastic experience at Jason's Deli! We enjoyed it so much that we went back for two days in a row. Our server, Brooke, was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive. Even during the busy rush, she maintained a cheerful attitude and patiently answered all our questions about the menu. The food was expertly prepared and absolutely delicious! This place has definitely earned a spot among our new favorites!
I realize staffing can be tough, but the salad bar was almost empty when I visited. Even if it had been fully stocked, I’m not convinced it justified the price. Additionally, there was no French dressing available. The lunch salad bar, plus two large drinks, one medium drink, and a water, came to over $55.

I decided to try the salad bar, but I was quite disappointed. I’m not sure if this location is an exception or if the others nearby are similar, but it used to be the best salad bar around. I won’t be ordering it again. One station even had saltine crackers, and the overall variety was pretty limited.
The food at Jason's Deli is excellent. They offer a wonderful selection of delicious sandwiches and deli options, as well as pasta, baked potatoes, and a salad bar. The location is convenient, and the interior is charming. The staff is warm and attentive. I highly recommend this spot!
The food at this restaurant is always delicious and fresh. I particularly enjoy the complimentary soft serve, which is drizzled with the best chocolate syrup I've ever tried. I'm also a huge fan of their soup!
I had an amazing meal at Jason's Deli with friends today! I chose the chicken panini and tomato basil soup, and both were delicious. I can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu!

I always have a great experience at Jason's Deli, and today Daniel exceeded our expectations by going the extra mile to assist our family. The service was exceptional!
The food is consistently excellent and remarkably fresh. They offer the best chocolate syrup I've ever tasted. I also have a deep appreciation for their soup.
