I ordered via uber eats and I have ordered for pickup before and ordered in this particular store. What I noticed is that some people take their time to make the order correctly while others do not. I specifically asked for bell peppers on the side, extra tomatoes on the side, red onions on the sandwich and the bread to be toasted. I did not receive any of that and the avocado on my sandwich was brown. So I had to take things off and add what I had in my refrigerator to make the sandwich edible. I just noticed that at this location it is ALWAYS a hit or a MISS so I never know what I am going to get. The last time I went I ordered for pickup and the sandwich was PERFECT. So it really depends...
Horrible! Me and my finance went to get food here today. We ordered food to go. The lady at the register told us that we could have some ice cream while we waited. There was an older white lady that walked up to us and got in our face and asked us “where were you sitting”? She told us that the ice cream wasn’t free and that it was complimentary if you ordered food. Then she was oh I didn’t see you. I have never been treated like that before! I will not be back.
It was fine. Not the best quality ingredients, but it serves up fairly tasty food at a fairly reasonable price. Their staff need to do better at cleaning the placw though. Rather than waiting for the kitchen to call for service, they should use that time to clear away and clean tables. They have more than enough staff.
As mentioned before, the food at this restaurant is fantastic. My favorite dish is the salad bar, which I added chicken to. And to top it off, you get free ice cream at the end of your meal.

Great casual atmosphere, fast service, fast timing (crucial when you have two little kiddos) and free ice cream. Love this place
