We eat here at least once a month, but tonight was a disaster. We waited forever for 2 kids chicken fingers and fries. All other food was brought out without the chicken fingers. Was told they forgot to drop them. Then was told that they had dropped them on the floor and had to cook more. Everyone else had their food for over 20 minutes while the children at our table waited for their chicken fingers and fries. When we finally got the kids meals, one of our kids had to take hers home because she didn’t want to eat at this point from waiting so long. I was disappointed in the size of the large jumbo shrimp plate, especially for $20. Maybe 10 medium sized shrimp on my plate. Hard to get refill...
Delicious food and a fantastic experience! We visited for a family dinner, and I ordered the broiled flounder, which was incredibly flavorful. My wife chose the salt and pepper catfish, and it was equally delightful. The service was excellent and welcoming—truly a staple in Stanly County. Just a heads-up: the restaurant only accepts cash!

The salt and pepper catfish fillets are definitely worth the drive, even if you're coming from out of town. The fried pickles make for a fantastic starter. The servers create a family-friendly atmosphere that makes everyone feel right at home. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This genuinely is the best restaurant I've ever eaten at. I know people who work there and they go above and beyond on the cleanliness compared to other restaurants they have worked in. There's a reason it's the busiest in town
