The service was great. The hostess was so nice, and our server was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with this process. It was me and my sisters' first time at a hot pot. The food was excellent, especially the short rib and rib eye. They also give complementary ice cream on your way out. I would recommend this spot to anyone.Parking: Parking is a paid parking lot. However, it is free parking before 6 pm. Great for lunch goers.
Food was okay, the chicken had a horrible aftertaste. employees watching and staring while you eat and cook food. they charge extra for refills after you’re already paying $37 (even water). employees also speak very low and cannot hear what they’re saying so u don’t know which meat is which. oh and don’t get the shrimp tempura because it’s not shrimp tempura it’s red lobster dragon shrimp.
The food was fantastic, and the customer service was outstanding. Lilian was exceptional, checking in on us frequently and providing warm, friendly company. Wonderful service! Thank you, Lilian!
