While waiting for my order to be prepared, a customer at the restaurant took my bag from the counter without anyone noticing. The waitress blamed me for the incident and insisted that I pay for the replacement items, with no possibility of a refund. She even threatened to cover the cost out of her own pocket. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and as a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
When I called to place an order, the person who answered the phone informed me that they do not speak English. I requested to speak to someone who speaks English, but the lady on the phone said that the service is only for Spanish-speaking customers. I decided not to order from this restaurant.
This restaurant is amazing, everything I tried was delicious! The prices are great and the service is always fast and friendly. It is always busy here, so make sure to come early. Thank you!
