It won't leave me an incredible memory. Menu 85 with the wines, 1st entry lacks seasoning, 2nd entrance Saint Jacques too cooked with a ridiculous portion of rice, game too cooked in dish, and pineapples in dessert. And even if it's a gastro and the portions are never very large, it really wasn't copied at all. What a disappointment for this kind of establishment.
Moment unforgettable. The place is felt and pleasant. The staff is discreet, friendly and very professional. As for the menu shell is from the top of the range... a moment to taste, savour, enjoy. The wines that accompany are also a moment of happiness. Anyway, a birthday we're not ready to forget. Thank you, chief and all your team for this great moment.
