Jean des Sables is a place that has been familiar to us for many years, and at every visit, he always surprises us. During our recent visit, we opted for the menu “For gourmets” in 4 days, an experience that confirmed why we always come back here. The dish featuring the Pigeon of the Dublanc farm in Magescq was simply divine, a mixture of flavors and tenderness that delighted us.
