The food was very good. The wait staff was amazing, except for our waitress didn 't allow us to order an off menu item. We really enjoyed the crab salad and were able to get it two weeks ago, but the waitress said sorry we can no longer make that? . The wait assistance Dakota was very friendly and took very good care of us. We had the Miami roll and blacked Ribeye. The only reason they didn 't get a five was that the restroom needed attention and unable to get the salad we liked. In the restroom, all of the hand towels were empty, including the ones on the sink, and the floor was trashed.
We celebrated several birthdays with a large group at this restaurant. The waiter was amazing and made our experience even better. The food, especially the filet lobster special, was delicious and the filets were very tender. We enjoyed the ambiance of the wildcat room. Overall, it was a fantastic evening with impeccable service.
We had an overall wonderful dining experience! From top notch service, great atmosphere, to the excellent meal itself. Everything exceeded expectations, the steaks were prepared perfectly and as always, great flavor. You can't go wrong if you are looking for an exceptional meal from start to finish!
The food and ambiance were wonderful. However, our server was not that helpful. He did not come back to pour our bottle of wine after the first pour. Jeff is incredibly skilled at his craft. I have been a regular at Jeff Ruby's for quite some time and I always enjoy my time there. Our server, Don, provided exceptional service. The whole experience was top-notch and truly first-class!
