This was our first-ever visit to this restaurant following a recommendation by a family member. We booked using the phone number on the website, and our table was ready when we arrived. This restaurant is not licensed to serve alcohol, which was not obvious from the website. You are welcome to 'bring your own ' but as we were unaware of this, it was rather unsettling to find out. The second thing that I found unsettling when we arrived was one of the chefs wearing a chef 's coat that was clearly from another establishment, prominently visible as we walked in. Not the best first impression, I have to say. This restaurant offers an extensive menu but some of the fruit drinks were 'unavailable...

I was very fond of their lamb dishes like lamb shawarma, kafta meshwi, lamb shanks and these are the dishes I suggested and my colleagues were looking forward to it. I booked one week in advance and when we(10 people) turned up on the day, we were told that there is no lamb as they ran out we can only order from set menu. Writing this in the hope it’s seen by owners and they react accordingly. Been coming here for years because it’s served consistently good food and very good value. But have to say was very underwhelmed by latest visit. Prices have steadily gone up, which I understand given the cost of living/inflation etc. but I have been happy to still pay it because portions have stayed about the same and it’s been really good stuff. That is Until now. My partner and I always get the Jeitta special of starters and main and leave very full and with leftovers. So we should given it’s now £22 each. Not my usual curry house review however, I’m partial to the odd Lebanese and Jeitta has been my go to in Woking for many years. We started our meal with some flatbreads and a tomato and garlic dips. The garlic dip is delicious however, if you’re planning to hit the town after I’d advise bringing a toothbrush or at the very least gum. We shared starters of chicken wings and Chicken Shawarma on hummus. We really enjoyed both I particularly enjoyed getting my teeth into the lovely moist wings. For mains we had Lamb shank accompanied by rice and salad and chicken shawarma. The lamb shank was the standout dish of the evening. My group of 6 had a positive experience at the restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs, although we did have a minor issue with some missing items on our order. However, they quickly rectified the mistake without hesitation. The main downside was the high price compared to the quality of the food. While my husband enjoyed his meal, mine was disappointingly bland. Our bill came to £60 for two people. The calamari starter was overcooked and chewy, but the hummus was exceptional. The menu seemed to be a bit hit and miss. The restaurant had beautiful decor, but the overall cost may deter us from returning.
Went to this restaurant after it was recommended to me by a friend, immediately the female waitress didn’t seem to understand English very well, my partner and myself both ordered, they forgot one of our meals bought just one meal out, we assumed the other meal would follow but no, when I bought it to their attention they didn’t apologise and even acted like it was our fault even after she seemed to have written our order after we both clearly stated what we wanted. Food was dry and seemed like it wasn’t fresh. Poor all round, won’t be going back for sure!!
The atmosphere at this restaurant was charming and we were welcomed warmly. We stayed at the central Travel Lodge, which was only a 5-minute walk away. We shared a starter of deep-fried lamb meatballs, followed by mixed grills for me and moussaka lamb for my partner. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals as they were delicious and the overall experience was very relaxing. However, we were disappointed to see a 10% service charge added to our bill, and for this reason, we will not be returning. It's worth noting that we do not reside in America.
It was not first time we have been here at Jeitta. As usual, nice selection cold and hot meals, salads, pastries and drinks. My wife and I liked internal atmosphere with not so bright lights and quiet eastern music. The waitresses were kind and helpful. Would suggest to everyone. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Had baby chicken very well cooked seasoned served with lovely side salad bread well presented on plate throughly enjoyed thank you for lovely meal and service will be back soon had browse at menu can't wait to try some of other options.
