I had a bad craving for ice cream, but was too lazy to go and get it myself so I ordered pints for delivery. Unfortunately, the (third party) delivery driver didn’t bother to speak with anyone when getting my order and only grabbed the cones and didn’t deliver my ice cream. After speaking with the shop and trying to find a resolution, I drove out to pick up my missing ice cream. Maureen was so sweet and accommodating about everything. She even gave me some extra treats for the trouble! I will definitely make the trip out to this shop myself next time I’m craving good ice cream!
Coming during the week in the middle of the day is the best. Very little lines and super fast service. The girls are always sweet with letting my kids try flavors. They help the kids with putting spoons away as well.We love Jeni’s for the dairy free flavors they carry. My kids absolutely love them. The dairy flavors are luscious and creamy. You’ll never get that icy over frozen thing hereThe waffle cones are also the best, and we love adding it to our ice cream.One day, I’ll try that 10 flavor flight. ?
The restaurant has a clean and bright atmosphere, with outdoor seating available. The staff is friendly, and while there is usually a line, the wait time is generally 10 minutes or less. You can choose from 6 to 8 different flavors, and you're welcome to sample any of them before making your selection. They offer some unique flavors, and you have the option to enjoy them in a waffle cone if you prefer. Additionally, they provide vegan ice cream options as well.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience. While everyone else was enjoying their samples, I ended up leaving after waiting for far too long. Why should paying customers have to wait 35 minutes in 100-degree heat just for ice cream? It was absurd. To make matters worse, the ice cream scoops were tiny—about the size of a large walnut shell. It seems like they believe people will end up buying more if they serve it in such small amounts. I won't be returning!

Delicious ice cream! On the evening of Friday, June 2nd, 2023, I was at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams in Oakbrook Center when my waffle bowl, which had very little ice cream left, accidentally fell off the table. I was tired and a bit clumsy. A young gentleman came to my aid and helped me gather what I could from the ground. I truly appreciate it; I felt so embarrassed and shy. Thank you! It’s heartwarming to know that kind strangers like you are still around.
Employees have bad hygiene. It’s all kids working there and the guy making the cones was scratching his face without changing his gloves. I informed the cashier and the manager who didn’t seem to care. I saw the dude make 6 10 cones with dirty gloves after scratching his face. Disgusting
My husband has a gluten allergy, so we appreciate that this place offers delicious gluten-free and dairy-free ice creams. The staff is wonderful as well. It's our favorite spot for ice cream as a family!
The ice cream here is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Although the lines can be lengthy, the service is quick and efficient.

It looks nice for photos. And the flavors are good, the texture is what is off. The waffle cones have a weird texture and flavor.
