Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

This is my favorite Jeni's location! The dining area is spacious and well-air-conditioned, and there's rarely a line longer than two people—unlike the Short North location, where you can wait in line for an hour. The ice cream is exceptional—not just the best in Columbus, but truly the best of all time. They source their ingredients locally, are a certified green corporation, and offer a dairy-free line that tastes fantastic! If you haven't been yet, you definitely should go and treat yourself to a waffle cone—it's amazing. My favorite flavor is brown butter almond brittle, but there are so many incredible options to choose from.

Jeni's really needs to expand to New England! Getting to enjoy this ice cream is the highlight of my visits to Ohio! The hype is absolutely justified! If you haven't been yet, you definitely should! They allow you to sample flavors before making a choice, which is super helpful. If you're after traditional flavors, this isn’t the spot for you. This is ice cream like you’ve never experienced before!

I live in galion had never been here before!! It was my birthday when I was there I made a comment about me switching my order to something different last minute due to the one I switched to had a scoop of birthday cake ice cream... the gentleman told me it was FREE we bantered back forth a little and he was so genuine sweet Honestly the best Ice Cream experience I've ever had!

Decided to give this a try, was happy I did. Its different from other Ice Cream joints the flavors are different and changing. Tried one that was made with buttermilk and was flavorful and creamy. Tried another which was more of a sorbet also very good. Would go back, little pricey and more somewhat 'gourmet ' type of establishment, but still very good. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I have introduced jenis to a person that hasn’t loved it nor would I trust someone that doesnt. My partner has been anti ice cream her whole life until I finally got her to cave. She’s not mad about being wrong. Cheers!

Customer service at this location is top tier! They were really kind and accommodating to my many requests. Would recommend trying their rainbow fizz with ginger ale instead of their pink champ.

Ice cream is excellent if pricey. Seating inside is not comfortable. Also, no water fountain or source of water.
