Don’t let the older decor fool you. The food portions and taste are well worth the trip. Friendly service. Nice menu choices. Bathrooms are clean. Prices are very reasonable. The wor wonton is amazing and good and has everything in it. The large totally feeds two people. The egg roll was fried nicely however the taste was different. Not many sprouts in it. Not bad taste but just different. This is not wheelchair accessible. Friendly for kids and gatherings.
Jenny k's has been a favourite of mine for many years now. When our family wants Chinese food you don't even have to ask where we are getting it from. To me, no other Chinese food eatery compares to them. Their restaurant is always clean, and the staff are very quiet but really respectful and friendly. To top it off, their prices are on the more affordable side and they're very quick with making their food. A definite must go for Chinese food fans.
I ordered dinner for 4 to go and was very pleased. You can pay over the phone and they will deliver right to Kensington RR Crossing if that's where you need it. Just remember to turn off your headlights and stop well before the tracks, otherwise the crossing gates won't open. We enjoyed a delicious feast from Shand SDG while waiting for the usual traffic from Portal. Yum!
I am not a fan of Chinese food, but the group I was with were, the owner was very accommodating, and happy to serve. Western food was very good, portions were perfect, price was amazing. Jenny K's restaurant had extremely friendly staff. The ginger beef was good, but the rest of the food was lacking in flavor. The presentation of the dishes was nice, but they could use more seasoning. The portion sizes were generous, so diners definitely get their money's worth.
I have had a great experience with the food so far at this restaurant. I started with the egg rolls for an appetizer, which were delicious. The hot shrimp and scallops were also awesome. I later had the broccoli beef, which was very tasty. Thank you, Stan, for the great meal.
I thought the tower cafe was the worst place to eat in Estevan, I was wrong. Don’t believe me? Give it a try. Ordered the wor wantons, got a styrofoam coffee cup full of mush and uncooked cauliflower. The uncooked cauliflower was the best part.
The staff at this restaurant is very welcoming and the ginger beef dish is delicious. However, the rest of the menu may not be as impressive. The portions they serve are definitely satisfying. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I do not want to spend $40 on food only to be served day-old rice and freezer-burnt chicken balls. I took two bites and had to throw the meal out. It was absolute garbage.
