I visited the restaurant on Veterans Day, and despite the busy atmosphere, Byron and his team made me feel very well taken care of. He ensured that all 12 of my sandwiches were sliced exactly as I requested. My family's orders can be a bit complicated at times, but Byron handled it without any fuss, which is something we often encounter elsewhere. He also took the time to clean the meat cutter and the counter when I asked for gluten-free options, which has been an issue during my previous visits. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in town.
I placed an online order at 12:15 PM. After waiting until 12:55 PM, I had to leave to pick up my grandson and return. My wife informed me that it took an additional 10-12 minutes for her to receive her prepaid order. Additionally, she mentioned that the staff was unprofessional and even laughed when another customer returned a sandwich. Whether it's related to COVID or not, this level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Jersey Mike's.
Brand new Jersey Mikes location in Orange County. The place is super nice. There is plenty of seating inside and the shopping center has seating outside. The sandwiches are super delicious and the meat is freshly sliced or grilled. I tried a cold sub called Club Supreme which has turkey, bacon, roast beef, and Swiss cheese. The roast beef is cooked in store and was nicely cut thin. I definitely will be coming back to this location.

Ethan (the small guy) did an excellent job and assisted me when there was a mistake with my order. When I returned, he went above and beyond to ensure I received great service. It’s a fantastic location, too!
If you love sandwiches, even just ham and cheese! They're are amazing! Worth the expense in my opinion. They're better than subway, so that makes them a little more pricey.
