I always have a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The sandwiches are consistently delicious, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. However, during my latest visit, I encountered a rude customer who seemed intent on souring everyone's mood. Despite her attempts, the staff handled her with grace and kindness. She eventually resorted to speaking loudly on her phone, airing her grievances for all to hear, probably talking to several managers. I quickly finished my meal and decided to leave. I will absolutely be coming back!
Brittney was fantastic! We arrived at 8:40, right as they were preparing to close, yet we were greeted with a warm smile and enthusiastic energy. We already enjoy Jersey Mike's, but this experience has certainly made us excited to come back. Employees like Brittney are what really help a business thrive, especially considering the many dining options out there. We were very happy with our dinner choice tonight, and she did an excellent job making our sandwiches!
Went here for the first time yesterday, it was very nice. Very nice and clean inside. I got the Club Supreme and my boyfriend got the Tuna Fish, both Mikes way. The meat and cheese were cut fresh in front of us, and I love the vinegar and oregano on the sandwich. The two ladies behind the counter were very nice and patient. Will definitely come back.
I truly enjoy this restaurant. It’s consistently fresh and clean, and their sandwiches are absolutely delicious. I can only remember one occasion from a few years ago when there was soda spilled on the floor near the soda machine, but that’s the only negative experience I’ve had. Overall, it’s a place where I feel comfortable dining.

I ordered the California club sub without any modifications through the app's delivery option, which was handled by DoorDash. Unfortunately, my sandwich didn't come with avocado, which was disappointing. This is the first mistake I've encountered at this location, and I was charged full price for the sandwich without the avocado.
The sandwiches at this place are amazing—consistently fresh! The staff is friendly and committed to delivering excellent service. The only drawback is the parking situation, especially with two new restaurants recently opening in the small lot. It can be especially difficult to find a parking spot on the weekends.
Tyler and Paulina were amazing! Immediately walking in we were greeted and felt comfortable enough to start a conversation. I've been a Jersey mikes customer for years, and I have never felt so comfortable and welcome. I will definitely make this store location the main location. We will be back soon!!!
These are always my favorite sandwiches. Tons of freshly cut meat. Veggies are always nice and fresh as well. And microwaves on the sandwiches is excellent.
