On November 30, 2023, my coworkers and I visited the Mount Prospect location and spent around $50 on our meal. Overall, the food was good, although mine was a bit too salty. I also noticed that the staff member seemed a bit irritated when I requested extra ingredients for my sandwich. Additionally, I found it quite unusual that the manager—a stocky guy with a beard and a cap—was openly bragging in front of customers about plans to fire an employee if they called off that evening. I believe such discussions shouldn't take place in front of diners. Unfortunately, I probably won't be returning, which is disappointing because I really like the concept of the place.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse customer service experience in my life it’s almost comical. My husband and I ate here 04/24/24 around 7:45pm. The gentleman who took our order acted like we were inconveniencing him. Rude, didn’t say more than 3 words to us. The woman who cashed us out was just as bad. If you guys hate your jobs so much there’s a few staffing firms in the area that I’m positive will assist you in finding a non customer facing position. As horrible as it would seem to work there, I can assure you eating there is even worse.
Employees making immature faces at a customer who requests something changed. Basically asked for light mayonnaise and when too much was on I requested some be wiped off. Didn’t ask for a new sandwich just that it be wiped off and the immaturity of an employee to roll her eyes and give co workers a side eye. I could have asked for an entire new sandwich but didn’t want to waste food.Professionalism is lacking:
Great delivery ordering experience online , I called to verify order the store was super friendly made me feel real good will order from them whenever I'm at Sysco des planes I'll !!,. I'm already a customer in Wisconsin this is my first time trying an out of state store ! 10 stars! Great job!!Dietary restrictions: I got chicken on wheat bread with tomato,and pepper and onions and bacon , awesome steak!!

I visited this restaurant in the late afternoon with my partner, and now, an hour and a half later, I’m feeling nauseous after eating a sandwich. I really hope we don’t get too sick. The service was poor, and the staff seemed to lack the training necessary to prepare their sandwiches properly. I won’t be returning to this location.
I had an outstanding experience at this JM location! The entire crew was super warm and friendly and they made excellent, delicious sandwiches! In a world of diminishing customer service this evening was a throwback to better times. I felt appreciated and well cared for. I will go out of my way to return to this location!
The staff working during lunch on this particular day were truly impressive. I've rarely witnessed such high morale in any establishment. The employees were friendly, personable, and demonstrated exceptional teamwork. I'm really glad I had the opportunity to experience it all.

ordered 13 with double meat. just ham and pepperoni. No double meat no other meats.
