Today's experience was far more enjoyable compared to my previous visits. While it usually takes a long time to receive your food here, today's wait was significantly better than the hour and a half I endured last time, during which I witnessed seven people leave in frustration. The staff was also much friendlier and more focused on customer service this time, which I really appreciated. It's great to see this improvement. As a straightforward sub shop, the food remains consistent and delicious, though it is priced higher than average, which matches what I've found at other locations.
The cashier was incredibly friendly, always smiling and warmly greeting her regular customers. It was truly heartwarming to witness! She's definitely a five-star employee! The woman who sliced the meat for my secret menu item #11 was also impressive. She knew exactly how to cut it, which was refreshing because I didn't have to explain anything. Overall, a great experience!
The service and food at this restaurant were excellent, but unfortunately we were double charged. We are now being told that we have to wait until Friday to speak with a manager to get our money back. I did not authorize the $100 charge, only the $50. Can someone please provide me with a contact number to get my money back?

The staff is fantastic, and the food is great! The restaurant is very clean. However, I'm giving it two fewer stars because of the frustrating paper straws. I won't be returning to Jersey Mike's until they come up with a better alternative. Paper straws are just not enjoyable! No pun intended, haha!
The girl at the cash register was very nice, smiley and greeted her regular customer with joy and respect. It was nice to see! That woman is a 5 star! The lady who cut my meat I ordered a secret menu item #11. She knew exactly what to cut! It was sonice to not have to explain myself!
I accidentally ordered a sandwich from this restaurant and asked if they could cancel it. The lady on the phone refused to cancel it and recommended that I come pick it up, saying I couldn't get my money back. I was very disappointed and found the situation unprofessional.

We absolutely love Jersey Mike's! Today, we visited the East 9 Mile location, and Darius was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work!
