I always have a great experience with both the food and customer service at this restaurant. The service is quick, and you can see your meals being freshly prepared right in front of you. The place is very clean, and the air conditioning creates a comfortable, cool ambiance. The tables are a bit small, ideally suited for one or two people, so when I visited with three friends, we had to share some chairs. There is also outdoor seating available. Additionally, there's a drinking fountain with Pepsi and unsweetened iced tea, complete with lemon slices for a nice touch.
The food at Jersey Mike's Subs was outstanding, but the customer service at the South Pasadena location was disappointing. My wife had placed our order online for that spot, but when we got there, they couldn't find it under her name. After some searching, they finally found our order, but the employee suggested we drive to the Pasadena location on Lake Avenue since we still had a long drive ahead. Quite odd!
Honestly, every time I visit Jersey Mike's Subs, the staff has been rude. I always encounter issues when placing online orders. They close at 9 PM, yet they recently rejected my Uber Eats order two hours before closing. I've even ordered from a different, more distant location because this one declined my order without any reason. It feels like they just don’t want to do the job they’re paid to do.
This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's. My boyfriend has always raved about it during his lunches, so I decided to give it a shot. It did not disappoint! I ordered a Regular size #13 Italian Sub on Rosemary Parmesan bread, and they sliced it fresh. It tasted just like something from a classic deli. I’ll definitely be returning; it's my new favorite!

Went on veterans day at 1 pm and this location was slammed. That being said, they were incredibly organized and provided excellent customer service.
Great sandwiches selection and the sandwiches are fresh made. There is great selection of chips.
The subs are fantastic, the service is quick, and they offer the peach tea I absolutely adore!
