I went in and everyone was in the back, so the girl comes out and she puts on her gloves, starts cutting my meat...she did a wonderful job, even though the acting manager did make her change the way I wanted her to cut, but they took that part off and it was looking good...then 2 more guys come from the back...they looked like they had the gloves on already doing whatever in the back. So I'm looking at the brown lettuce and the mushy tomatoes...I hadn't actually said , but he put the lettuce on and it was a turn off, not to mention the last guy who's touching the register in the same gloves he's touching my sandwich, you can see the fingerprints on the register, he touches it and then grabs...
My first visit to this location. I ordered and paid for my sandwich via the app. I am glad I did. I walked in to find a line of customers waiting to order. The line was progressing quickly, but I bypassed the line and asked for my order. The cashier finished with her customer and handed me a bag containing my order. No line- no wait!I ordered the Original Italian giant and got a Wish Sandwich. The bread was nice. The inside ingredients were fresh. I just wish there was more meat and cheese. Live and learn. Next time I will ask for extra meat.
5 people working and the women making the sandwiches is involved in to many things, should be making sandwiches only. Customers shouldn’t be standing in front of her waiting awhile to order. I guess she’s training while trying to work, she deserves a raise. The guy at the register and the woman standing there bagging only are too busy having conversations with others, so you also have to wait there too.
I'm very disappointed in the customer service there. Black lady is very rude. Keeps comparing me to other people. Saying another man is my brother. Always has an attitude when taking my order. She is the only black girl there. That Makes me feel uncomfortable. I will not be returning back. Please make sure you hire professional staff. Not women with attitudes

Sadly whenever I have subway, I usually yuck. Jersey Mike's is yummy and the food stays down. What tells you that? Jersey Mike's is cleaner and sanitary. The sandwiches are yummy. The chocolate chip cookie is to die for. I wish they had a meatball hero.Kid-friendliness: Depends on if they like cold cuts.Parking: Plenty!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
The lettuce was wilted, the pickles were past their prime, there was an excessive amount of honey mustard, and the cold cuts had a stale taste. Overall, the sandwich was not enjoyable and I ended up having to discard it.
This is the best roast beef sandwich I've ever had! The meat is incredibly fresh and the bread is deliciously soft.
I always love the sandwiches from Jersey Mike's. The fresh ingredients really stand out and make a difference.
