This is my first time having Jersey Mike's Subs. My Mr. Raves about them and my friends at work are not fans. Mixed reviews, but the only way to find out is try it myself. We went on a Saturday for lunch. They were slammed however they still greeted us and was super quick with making our food. There is something for everyone. Low carb bowls, hot and cold subs, choose any size you want, Don't want bread? They offer wraps. What makes their sub is their signature juice which is red vinegar and olive oil. I had to try it! I hadn't been to a Jersey Muke's in years before seeing this location nearby our new house. I instantly knew I wanted to introduce my lady to the franchise. Luckily, she became a fan from her first experience, and I remembered why I became a fan too. Classic subs, great service, excellent prices. We went on a Saturday after hitting our new gym nearby. My lady ordered the Club without ham and I had my favorite Original Italian (ol' number 13). The staff were all super friendly and made our subs very fast. So I am a big jersey mike fan a once a week customer at least mostly anderson or blue ash happen to stop in this store very dissatisfied the fist thing out of the guys mouth was down talking to the other workers about not being able to work together, they were all working when I walked in that should have been a private conversation. If you have not been to Jersey, Mike’s, I don’t really know what you’re waiting on, this place does not mess around sandwiches are there game and they play well! I’m not gonna tell you what to get. That’s a decision that you have to make, but I will give you some options, the big kahuna, if you go that way add bacon you’re not gonna be upset. Maybe you want something cold not a problem make sure you get it loaded down Mike’s way. It’s gonna change your life! The sandwiches are incredible. The guys an gals that make them are incredible. Was there thirty minutes before close, they rushed us to order and said it was the last piece of bread. I had two people talking to me at the same time one to pay and one to make the sandwiches. I ordered bacon and paid for it on one sandwich but didn't get it and didn't realize it til I got home. And then I said we would like to sit to eat and they said they were closing the lobby. Ok if this happens once but it has now happened twice. It won't happen a third time. It's cool if you don't want to stay open til 9 but then change your hours, my dudes.
Extremely nice staff with clean dining area and fresh ingredients. Ordering our food was fast and my gluten free veggie sub was delicious. It's a convenient and quieter location right off the road.
The team here is PHENOMENAL! Always working in unison, greeting all customers with a smile, and the restaurant is always clean. Keep up the great work!
