Love the sandwiches here, especially chicken Philly, club, and turkey sandwiches. The low score is for the horrible service this bloomingdale location has. Every time we order online our food is never ready and never even start making it until we get to the store and ask for it. They also horde the online orders behind the counter instead of putting them on rack so you have to ask for your food. I’m guessing it’s because people steal things so I get it but seriously work on your service in general. Good should be ready when promised and not 10-20 mins after.
I used to frequently come to this location because I loved the atmosphere these kids created but over the last year I've noticed some management changes and that same energy has not been there so you lost me for awhile. This last month I gave it another shot and this new guy you have has brought me back. One hell of a sandwich and it actually seems like he cares. Not to mention the energy is back!! I'm loving this location more than I ever have. Been here more this month than all year. Thank you Jersey Mikes!!
When I arrived and got in line, I saw a kid taking out the trash. While I was waiting, more customers entered, and the kid stopped his task to jump behind the counter and start making sandwiches. He didn’t wash his hands before handling the ingredients. Unsurprisingly, I decided to leave the line and exit the restaurant altogether. I recommend that others avoid this location if they care about their health.
I dined at this restaurant yesterday and ordered a Philly Steak sandwich. Unfortunately, after eating it, I became sick and threw up. It's been over 20 years since I've experienced that. It's hard to believe it happened at Jersey Mike's; I can't help but wonder if it's just a coincidence. While the service was decent, the atmosphere was quite unpleasant, with a strong smell of marijuana inside.

Never ordering from here again. They forgot my chips in my last delivery order and when I called, a manager named Frank said they would send me some free of charge with my next order. Today I placed that next order and added a note to my sandwich asking that they send me those comped chips. Guess what I got? No chips, just Frank’s business card. Thanks buddy, super helpful
I really appreciate that they slice the meat fresh as you order, and the bread is made daily. Ben has prepared my sandwiches each of the three times I've been there, and he truly crafts the best ones! I might be a bit biased, but I think so! The place is very clean, though I haven't dined in the restaurant; I've always opted for takeout. Angel is such a sweetheart too!
The way Subway used to be. Oil, Spices, Hot peppers, mayo. All the goodies. Anyway, Jersey was an excellent sub. Fresh cut ham, pleasant personnel, soft bread. You will like this sub place. My only knock is that it is a little more expensive to eat out, but then again, all prices have gone up.
I have come into this location a few times now in the last month. Not only can I not get enough of the spicy dill pickle chips! but really appreciate the guy who recommended them. Jordan is a Rockstar every single time! He makes the best italians!!
