They failed to document the specifics of my orders. When I called back to address the mistake in my orders, their main concern appeared to be me returning the old sandwiches (without showing any sincerity for wasting my time). I had initially ordered 2 steak and cheese sandwiches: one with only provolone cheese and steak, and the second one with onions and provolone cheese. However, I received a steak and cheese sandwich with onions and peppers
The crew that works here is truly amazing. They care about their customers, they go the extra mile (or 5) every time. To the franchise owner—you have an amazing staff! We have always been happy with the food. My one complaint is that the restaurant itself is ways freezing—great in the summer but brrrrrrrr in the winter.
there are better subs out there in this wide world of ours, but j. mike 's (as i like to call it) does a pretty good job. i always forget what mike 's way is, though, and i kinda feel like a jerk when they have to explain it to me for like the 6th time

I'm a regular jersey mikes eater, but for some reason today I had the best sub from Jersey mikes I've ever had and it's not a stretch.
Are you kidding me? $11 plus dollars for a submarine sandwich, chips, and a sodaI can do the same at Blimpie or Subway for less.
