I recently tried Jersey Mike's Subs for the first time. The atmosphere was great, but I found the food to be quite bland. The staff didn’t offer helpful suggestions on what to try or ask about my sandwich preferences. I ended up choosing the Chipotle Chicken Sub, but unfortunately, I didn't care for it much. It was a hot sandwich with melted American cheese, which I didn’t enjoy.
As for parking, the location in Franklin Park, IL is shared with a Chase Bank next door, so it was difficult to find a parking spot since the spaces were all full and very limited.
I had worst experience at this particular Jersey Mike?s. First they messed up my order, when I returned asking for a replacement they implied it was my fault. I showed them my mobile order in details on my cellphone. They just shrugged off and bring themissing ingredient. But I insisted that they remake my order as the wrap was torn apart already, finally they reluctantlyaccepted. I would avoid this place at all cost.
