Overall, it was a terrible experience. As we were leaving, I said "thank you" and wished her a nice day, but she didn’t respond at all. I left a $3 tip, and this is the service I received? Unbelievable. I won't be returning.
Update: I decided to give this place another chance because there were different staff members working. However, while I was eating, I discovered a long piece of hair in my food. It was revolting, and I had to throw it out. I was appalled to find someone's long black hair...
This location went downhill and FAST! They always make mistakes with every order. The bread is stale. The staff are beyond rude! No one greets you. A hello would be nice! Listen to the negative reviews because they are 100% accurate! To the T! Very disappointed!
I ordered a BLT with cheese and they charged me extra for the cheese, but they didn’t actually add it to my sandwich. My husband got a cheesesteak that was only the size of a kids' sandwich. We were really disappointed.
I was turned away at 8:40 PM when I tried to place an order, which is 20 minutes before your store closes at 9 PM. Please manage your staff better.
