I went in on 09/01 this week, and we have to give kudos to the workers, they were hustling, happy, and attentive. I have to say this is the best service industry experience I had since 2020, which is surprising as this is sandwich shop with short interactions. Thank you for creating a great team!

My sandwich was not put together well at all. I ask for lettuce pickles to be added after it was done, as well as extra chipotle mayo. Didn't get anything that I asked for. It wasn't made to my liking very disappointing.

I ordered the Original Italian sandwich, the meat was sliced fresh and the sandwich was made right in front of me. The food was good and the service was quick and friendly.

I received a coupon for a free sub for my birthday, but the manager refused to provide the sub.
