I repeated my question about their hours, and when I ordered a regular sub, the first guy intentionally gave me a smaller bread roll and skimped on the cold cuts. As someone who regularly orders from Mike's, I could easily notice the difference in quality. He reluctantly finished the sandwich, and when I asked about the drink sizes, he pointed at the cups without saying a word, treating me like I was clueless.

Ordered from the app. 3 sandwhiches all with extra meat and extra cheese. Get home and none of them have it. In fact, there is one layer of cheese. I call and the girl who answered was extremely rude and said she didn't know how to refund and there was nothing she could do. I was obviously not happy and then she told me I need to calm down. I asked how this could happen since I assume the order is in front of them as they're making it. She told me maybe I should make it then. LOL For what they charge for that sandwhich, I think I will take her advice! Might want to be more selective when hiring moving forward, unless you like losing customers.

On Dec 10th I ordered a large Italian sub.When I brought it home and opened it I wasn't even sure if there were cold cuts on the sandwich all you saw was wilted lettuce. When my son and I started to eat it we both realized there was really not much cold cuts on the sandwich and the lettuce was wilted and old. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The price of the sandwich was 18 dollars and I totally got ripped off. In today's economy with prices of things it was outrageous for them to service this.

Staff charged my 12 year old son for the wrong sandwich. When I questioned it the staff were very rude and then explained the refund takes 48hrs. Why are you able to make an immediate mistake but can't make an immediate correction? Why be rude when you made the mistake and have now taken a total of $30+ from a 12 year olds debit card. Our whole family loves Jersey Mike's! We often order takeout for lunch, and I'm always impressed. The food is consistently delicious, earning a solid 5 out of 5, and the service is equally outstanding, also a 5 out of 5. Highly recommend!

This is a nice restaurant. The prices are a bit on the high side, but I would definitely return. The root beer they serve in cans is really good!
