When I first was in it was two young ladies and they look at me and didn’t say nothing . The one with the red hair acted like she didn’t want to help me but help the next person who came in . So rude ,, need better employees with good customers services . I work in customer service for 8 years and still do and I know how it feels to be ignored and get bad food when you pay good money on nothing but bread with no meat smh. This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's Subs, as I've heard a lot about them. I ordered a turkey sandwich and a chicken sandwich, but I can't remember which one I had. The sandwiches were just okay. Since I found out there's a location in New York, I’ll give it another shot and see if the sandwiches I try next time are a bit better.
We dined there about a month ago while visiting from out of town, and it was fantastic. The subs are made fresh right in front of you. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful when I couldn't decide what to order. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick meal and great company.
The food was very good and I wish I would have had a little more time to look at the menu. It just seemed like they were trying to hurry didn't know that they were going to be closing or actually as if somebody was leaving.

Walk in and the girl goes right from mopping the floor to putting on gloves and asks me what Id like. I went ahead and walked out. Can people not wash their hands?

Had never been to Jersey Mike's Subs before, our Son is a fan, he wanted to go, so glad that we did.
Delicious (a roast beef a Philly with mayo) subs as expected at a good price. Nice staff.
