This was my first and last time visit. First, there was no parking and it was so bad, cars just parked in the roads. I know they don't have anything to do that (fyi).Ok, that was the nastiest sandwich I have had from a Jersey Mike's. There was hardly any meat. I paid for double meat and got a single portion. What made it bad was a salt sandwich. It was so salty that I took two bites and threw the rest of it away. I drove 30 minutes for a salt sandwich. I had paid for it in my app, and what a mistake. I don't know why their employees feel too over salt that meat. It's a good cut of meat, and if you salt the sandwich before mine, you don't need salt or very little. That was just a horrible san...
Not off to the great start as oxon hill... no question of why I need gluten free bread... no changing gloves between the prep...overall the start is a lil shaky compared to my other experiences and that saddens me. Slight correction... my kid loudly said no gloves so that got a touch better as the order went on...but I appreciate seeing the teamwork and the young lady mastering the grill (reminds me of my Jerry's sub days), but this experience didn't give me the joy I usually get from Jersey Mike's... especially when I finally unwrapped my sub and home and found it more like a Sloppy Joe than a Jersey Mike... Maybe I should have read the reviews prior to coming!First and LAST time at the location. No one greeted me as I walked in, they were looking at me like a deer in headlights! The lady with the dreadlocks was laying her head down, looking at me, waiting for me to order (she still never said anything). While making my sandwich, she acted as if it were a chore! I wanted to walk out so bad and go elsewhere. The service is awful; everyone in this location needs better customer service, or this establishment WILL fail!
During the Tmobile promotion, my sister and I ordered from that place on Monday and I got there at around 8:30 PM just to find out it was closed. Mind you, the website says they close at 9:00PM. Very disappointed with the fact that they either communicated the wrong information on their website or they decided toclose earlier which would be unprofessional. As a result, we didn’t get our order.

Disgusting and offensive is all I can think to say. I called after getting my DoorDash order and staff simply said “I didn’t make the sandwich”. I pointed out in store orders which are made with 4x as much meat and toppings. Eventually, I asked the manager’s name. I’m hoping I’ll get a call from Justin who was identified as such.
The service is absolutely horrible here!! I walked in and they didn't ask could they help me. Ordered my sandwich and they was looking at me like I was fish out of water. I really don't know what this world is coming too!! I walked out with no food
I stopped in yesterday evening for a quick bite, which was also my first time visiting J.M. 's. The sub was pretty tasty, although I have to admit it wasn 't enough meat and way too much bread.
I ordered from here only to have my food stolen by the door dash worker per the restaurant then they lied about giving me a refund for the food I never received

Jersey Muke's Subs. They were using old lettuce spoiled.....and one was said nothing about it. This one was at Union Station, Washington DC.
