I enjoy the food but every time I come in 15 minutes before closing, the girl that works at the counter always have a poor inpatient attitude because it’s time for her to clock out soon and people are still coming in. Some people are just getting off work and just really want a sandwich. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she just having a bad day but every. Single. Time?? I want to continue eating jerseys subs but she makes me not want to come in at all. I don’t think she should make the customers feel like they’re inconveniencing her. Work a different shift or something.
I adore Jersey Mike's, I have close to 2000 points. But this location is abysmal. They NEVER get my delivery order right, when I drive to correct it they are rude rude rude. Sometimes they even mess the sandwich up as you're standing there ordering it. I drive out of my way to go to another location. For delivery I am forced into this one. I know they read the instructions, bc they get it half right but ignore the rest. Also, they hardly ever cut the sandwiches in half. Save your coins!
At 1 time I was a regular at this restaurant. The food was excellent at that ti'm. The staff was courteous and very, very interested in making sure you got what you ordered. That's not the case these days. The food is horrendous. And I wouldn't send my dog to eat out of that restaurant. And I don't even have one.
Orders for delivery are never correct, even though specific notes are made . Tonight, bread was burnt. We have given this location several chances and we are now officially done. I sent a message last time to corporate and heard nothing. I will stick to Jimmy John’s as they always get it right.

Great place to get a good Jersey style sub.Fast and friendly service. #13 on wheat, Mike's way, is delicious. Next time I will be sure to ask to get the juice on it after the lettuce and before the tomatoes are put on.Go here, eat here be happy.
10/10 customer service by the young man whos name I believe is Michael! This store should be personally recognized by their district manager for their customer service, attitudes, and attention to details
Codes for bathrooms now. Absolutely ? a human thing everyone needs to do...your Uber drivers door dash people bathroom security ..lmao ? use the restrooms.
They never get my order right! Ordered the turkey bacon sub an Italian. They put the bacon on the Italian ?. There were no other customers in the store.

For $12 I expected a lot more , very little meat mostly all bread, and they forgot the bacon .Publix is a much better option and $5 cheaper .
I really love Jersey Mike's! However, I feel that the prices are becoming a bit too high for my budget.
