Jersey Mike's Subs

I recently visited Jersey Mike 's in Capitol Heights, MD at 8:58pm and was very disappointed with the unprofessional and rude customer service I received from one of the employees. When placing my order, I realized I needed to change the size of the sandwich. Despite the other half of the sub roll sitting right in front of her, the employee told me I could not make the change. I politely said okay and moved forward. When I got to the register, I asked about the price difference. She explained but also told me that she would charge me the price of the Giant instead of the two regulars for her inconvenience. She continued to be very rude and disrespectful with her words. To offer gluten free bread and sandwich choices but not prepare it in a separate place is outrageous. The standard for all Jersey Mike's is to prepare the sandwiches on their own station. Do not eat here if you havw gluten sensitivity or celiac

I went in 15 min after completing a mobile order. My sub wasn't ready so I waited 20 min more. Since i was on a 30 min lunch break, i couldn't wait anymore and had to get a refund. This wasn't the first time it happened, but it was the last.

Was the only person in there and the employee wouldn’t get off her phone to take an order. Slow moving and unprofessional.
