When I walked in around 2:40 PM, there was a long line of customers waiting for someone to prepare sandwiches, bag them up, and handle payments. The guy in front of me had his sandwich sitting there for what felt like 7 to 8 minutes while another employee struggled with a coupon. After that, it took an additional 5 minutes to dress the sandwich, and another 5 minutes to wrap it.
Dominic was the one who stepped up—he quickly cut our sandwiches and had them ready for dressing while the other guy was still working on bagging his last sandwich. When we arrived at the restaurant, there was one customer finishing their meal, so we waited for about five minutes. After he left, we anticipated being served, but the two female staff members seemed distracted and were just standing around. Then a third employee came out from the back, making a noticeable effort to avoid eye contact. She instructed the other two to prepare three subs, even though there was no one else in line.

I want to thank jersey mikes employees for bringing sandwiches like the big kahuna into this world. It is, by no means an ordinary sandwich. This sub right here has mushrooms, cheese, jalapeños all the right food groups. The employees are attentive and i appreciate that they got my order correct and let me get the jalapeño on the side. Definitely recommend :

I just ordered lunch from Jersey Mike's in Baldwin Park, and it’s typically quite good. Unfortunately, today they messed up all three sandwiches we ordered online. One had the wrong type of bread, the second was missing two requested items, and my Italian sandwich only had ham, cheese, lettuce, and tomato, completely skipping the vinegar. What went wrong?
Just ordered lunch at Jersey Mikes here in Baldwin Park and it is usually pretty good. Today they got all 3 sandwiches that we ordered online wrong. One was the wrong bread, the 2nd one was missing 2 items added to the sandwich the Italian sandwich I ordered had ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato vinegar. WTH.
I'm not typically a fan of sandwich or sub shops, but I was really impressed by this one. It was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere while my family and I were dining. Additionally, it had a nice aroma, unlike Subway, which often has an off-putting smell upon entering. This place is definitely a gem!
I went to Jersey Mike's and noticed an employee getting out of her car, which had smoke coming out of it and smelled like marijuana. Despite that strange encounter, my overall experience ordering my sandwich was excellent, largely due to the outstanding customer service and friendly atmosphere.

I ordered a #7 on gluten-free bread, and the staff was incredibly attentive to my gluten allergy, handling my food with great care. The best part? The sandwich was delicious, and I didn’t have any allergic reactions. A big shout-out to them!
