Early this evening I was about to walk into Jersey Mike 's, but noticed the Open sign was turned off and so I thought they were closed even though it was just after 6 pm. I also saw a sign on the window saying there was no bread available for sandwiches. I walked away, but went back because I noticed a man getting food. Although I wanted a sandwich, I thought I 'd check anyway. Tomy surprise the door was unlocked. I saw them making a sandwich for the customer and noticed the loaves of bread on the rack. Went to get sandwiches with my roommates but had to walk out once I witnessed them handle cash with gloves on then proceeded to make the sandwiches without changing out of said gloves. They need to be retrained on food safety because that is absolutely disgusting. The employees here have attitude always. I shouldn't have gone, I've only heard bad things about this location and wanted to give them a chance.
The tall guy with long hair was extremely rude. He added ingredients to my sub without asking for my preferences and claimed it was store policy. It's definitely not policy to include things I don’t want, and his attitude was uncalled for. He really needs to improve his customer service skills.
I have given this place so many chances.. either they leave something out of my order or when I have walked in the customer service is subpar.. I feel like the employees are not happy to be there and take it out on the customer.. doesn 't leave you witha I want to come back feeling.

I ordered chicken sandwich, they gave me beef. I even repeated my sandwich and she said yes. So when I left for my lunch upon opening it. It was been. I have high cholesterol and was trying to not eat beef but I was hungry. Next time I'll check my food.
I just picked up my mobile order, and I was disappointed to find that my sandwich didn't have any bacon and wasn't made with the right bread. I tried calling to address the issue, but no one answered. I'm really frustrated with the lack of service.
I absolutely loved the service at this location! Jose and Isa were incredibly helpful in guiding me to choose a new sandwich to try. I have to say, I absolutely loved the sandwich they made for me! Thank you, guys!!!
Generally we like Jersey Mike's, but this location's restroom was out of order and they didn't have the bread we wanted. On the bright side, the staff making sandwiches were friendly and fast.
