Today, I purchased 3 large sandwiches for myself and my business partners. Our experience at the restaurant was very disappointing. I requested for the person making my sandwich to use less sauce, but they added more instead. I accepted it and decided to pat it dry. When I went to pay, I spent $56 on 3 sandwiches and 3 bags of chips. I handed the cashier three $20 bills, but he returned my change on the counter instead of in my hand. Despite this, I still left a $4 tip and some change. Before leaving, the cashier mentioned that he forgot to charge me for cheese on one of the sandwiches and wanted to add $1.60 to the bill. So disappointing. I really enjoy jersey mikes nationwide. but this place...needs help. if you're not parked right in front of them, which is impossible at this location, they don't walk 10 steps to see of you're nearby. and when I finally gave up on curbside I went in to get my order. the staff made a smirk. and then when I got home found out the order was complete wrong. the meats, the condiments. the drink. everything. submitted request for refund through corporate site and they just said its up to the local franchisee to whom they forwarded the message. no word at all from the franchise. never got my money. I even mentioned points would be fine for a future order. not even that. so disapp...
The bread at this restaurant is always hard as a rock! I was disappointed with the quality and even complained to corporate, but was told it was a franchise location. The owner never reached out to address my concerns. I will not be returning to this location, even if they offered me a free sub. I had to eat my sandwich without bread. This place is more concerned with making money than providing a good customer experience. I prefer the Mayfair Rd location and will be going there instead.
This is now my go-to spot for subs. I tried the original Italian and it was incredible. One of the employees, a girl with curly hair in a bun wearing a mask, really made my first visit to Jersey Mike's a pleasant one. I was a bit indecisive since it was my first time there, but she was patient and recommended some delicious options based on my preferences. The restaurant is also clean with a fantastic ambiance. As a first time customer I was not altogether pleased being expected to know how the ordering process works. The sandwich itself was fine. Not exceptional, not great, but adequate. Perhaps if I were a regular I would have a higher opinion. Perhaps now that I know to go to one end, order, get a handwritten order copy, walk it to the other end, pay, come back and wait for my name to be called, I will be more comfortable.
Great subs, I used to order 2 3 times a week. I just had knee surgery and the last 3 days I've tried to order tor delivery ubereats) they aren't allowing ordering. I understood it the first time it happened lunch time on a Saturday. I'm guessing they are quite busy, so no biggie. The next two times were 3pm on a Thursday and today 10:15am on a Monday. I guess I'll have to figure out a different sandwich shop :
Nice size sandwiches, lots of toppings. Just not alot of flavor, it just needs something to give it a little more flavor in the meat and vegetables
