Jersey Mike's Subs

The worst experience both in person and delivery. Management obviously doesn't care how their employees lack customer service and basic manners. Numerous complaints and zero changes. They purposely mess up delivery orders and are obviously bothered with any in person patronage. Word is getting around locally. Hopefully it is a matter of time before this place closes down. My advice is clean house, start over, and properly train your employees especially those working toward end of day.

Wanted a CA club and wanted ham instead of turkey. I have go to MULTIPLE jersey mikes before and never have I been denied like that. Excuse was GM did not allow it that 's bs. In fact I am an AM2 for jersey mikes in Whittier. I have been with jersey mikes since 2019. I don 't know who the GM or DM is. All I could say is you 'll be hearing from Roman. I promise that.

They did not have any wheat bread at 4 PM on a Sunday
